Sunlectric's installer partner programme: Registered, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers based on trailing purchases and basket share, with growing benefits.
Sunlectric Partner Programme
The more of your business you build with us, the more we give back. Our partner programme has four tiers: Registered, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Your tier is set by two things:
- Trailing purchases: your total purchases from Sunlectric over the last 12 months (ex-GST).
- Basket share: how many product categories you buy from us. Categories are modules, inverters, batteries, structure, cables and BOS (DCDB/ACDB parts, protection, earthing and lightning).
We use both because an installer who buys the whole job from us is easier to serve well: one truck, one invoice, one RMA desk.

Thresholds in brackets are set by Sunlectric and published on your account page. They may be reviewed each financial year.

Values in brackets are placeholders to be confirmed by Sunlectric. Credit is subject to a credit check and agreement.
How tiers are reviewed
- Your tier is recalculated [monthly] on a rolling 12-month basis.
- You can see your progress to the next tier on your account page.
- If purchases fall below the threshold, we give [one quarter] of grace before moving a partner down.
- Returns and credit notes are deducted from trailing purchases.
How to join

- We verify your GSTIN and add you to the Registered tier and the daily price sheet.
- Your tier moves up automatically as your purchases and basket grow.
Fair-play rules
- Prices on the sheet are for the partner's own projects; reselling to other distributors is not part of the programme.
- Leads we share must be contacted within [24 hours] and treated with the same care as your own customers.
- We may pause benefits if payment terms are repeatedly missed.
